Shipping and delivery

We dispatch from Zurich. Pieces in stock usually leave us within two working days; commissioned work takes around six weeks. You receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Swiss Post, insured parcel with signature on delivery, CHF 20. Delivery normally within one to three working days.

Europe

Insured courier service, CHF 65. Delivery normally within three to seven working days.

Rest of the world

Insured courier service, CHF 90. Delivery normally within seven to fourteen working days.

Free shipping

From an order value of CHF 2000 we deliver free of charge, worldwide.

Collection in person

You are welcome to collect your piece free of charge at our atelier at Europaallee, Lagerstrasse 42, 8004 Zurich, or at our shop in St. Moritz. Choose the pickup option at checkout; we will let you know as soon as your piece is ready.

Packaging

Every piece travels in its Lesunja box, protected and fully insured for its value.

Customs and import

Deliveries outside Switzerland may incur import duties, customs charges and taxes in the country of destination. These are payable by the recipient. Our shipments carry the customs tariff number and the country of origin, which speeds up clearance.

We deliver items Worldwide with Fedex. Our shipping costs are as follows:delivery in swizerland is with swiss post 15 CHF normal and 25 Express. Rest of the world its the normal Fedex  shipping fee. These costs are added to the shopping cart before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3–7 business days depending on your location within Swizerland and 7–14 days for overseas orders.
