Lesunja Fine Jewellery is the brand of lesunja.com AG.
Purpose of this website
The website presents and sells handcrafted jewellery, introduces our ateliers and events, and offers a way to reach us.
Liability for content
All information on this website has been compiled with care. We give no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or currency. To the extent permitted by law, any liability of lesunja.com AG for material or immaterial damage arising from access to this website, from its use or non-use, or from a malfunction of the connection is excluded.
With handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces, the colour, banding and inclusions of gemstones and the finish of the metals may differ from the images shown. Such variation is a mark of handwork and not a defect.
lesunja.com AG reserves the right to change, add to or delete content at any time and without notice.
Product details and prices
Details of weight, carat, stone size and colour are recorded with care; minor deviations remain reserved. The piece itself is decisive. Prices are in Swiss francs and include value added tax. In the case of an obvious error in price or description we are entitled not to accept an order.
Gemstones are natural
Gemstones are products of nature. Inclusions, colour nuances, banding and slight differences in size are intended and are not defects. Treatments such as heating or oiling are customary for certain stone types and, where known to us, are noted on the certificate.
One-of-a-kind pieces and availability
Many pieces exist only once. A piece still visible in the shop may already be sold. A purchase contract comes into being only with our confirmation.
Wearing and care
Jewellery is sensitive to knocks, cosmetics, chlorine and salt water. We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper wear, unauthorised resizing or work carried out by third parties. If you have allergies or concerns about nickel-bearing alloys, please speak to us beforehand.
Value and value development
Information on material and stone values does not constitute investment advice. No future resale value can be derived from the purchase price.
Availability of the website
We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not owe continuous availability. We are liable for outages, transmission errors or data loss only in cases of intent and gross negligence.
Third-party trademarks
Trademarks and events referred to, such as events in St. Moritz, are the property of their respective owners and are named for descriptive purposes only.
