All orders placed with Lesunja Fine Jewellery are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

We ship both locally and worldwide. As such, our delivery times will vary depending on the destination of the package:

- Within Switzerland: 2-3 business days
- Within Europe: 3-5 business days
- Worldwide: 7-10 business days depending on location

Please note, these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as customs, severe weather, or other unforeseen transportation issues.
